5.0 out of 5 stars Well Done Biddy!, 30 April 2011
As someone who has suffered Post Natal depression, it was so refreshing to read an honest account of how this illness can completely cripple a person, Its not often that you can identify with someone who cannot get out of bed or even attempt to enter the outside world.. not because they are ill in the "everyday" sense, but because they have an illness that is invisible. I enjoyed every minute of the book and found some of the coping strategies used by the author helpful.
