I have lived with social anxiety for over 20 years. Anyone who has it will know it is a debilitating condition that causes a great deal of emotional distress. After reading this book I realised that I had never before quite recognised the emotional high jacking that was going on within me that this book explains. After years of trying to find solutions in self help books I had become down and disillusioned. I should say though I don't feel cured and I still have moments when I struggle, but I feel I have had more progress since reading this book in 2 months than I have had in many years. As a teenager back in the late 80's early 90's I was a huge fan of the Ultimate Warrior and the WWF (now WWE) and when I saw this dvd I felt I had to buy it to find out what had happened to him. The dvd tracks the warriors career from his early days partnering Sting to his immergance as the Dingo Warrior through to becoming the Ultimate Warrior.

Lots of wrestlers and guys involved past and present have there say on the warriors career - Vince McMahon, Bobby Heenan, Sgt Slaughter, Jim Ross (who is he??) Jerry Lawler, Gene Okerlund, Ted Dibiase, Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan and more. The dvd includes some of the warriors best moments including his title winning matches over the Honky Tonk… Read more
