I really enjoyed this book. I have to admit that, this is my first autobiography and it didn't disappoint, I just couldn't stop turning the pages.

It was really great to hear about fiddy's life, up's and down's. He really articulates his story well, and you really feel for him through the bad times, and hearing about when he pulls through with sheer determination and hard work really spurs you on to do the same.

I have one small complaint, and that's it was too short!

Frankly, we've been lied to all our lives. Mark puts forth his great ideas (backed by scientific analysis) about why we should model our lives on our ancestors whom drove evolution for two million years.

Take the blue pill, wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.
Take the red pill and see how far the rabbit hole goes.

Eleven years ago I use to work as a PC and MAC support analyst in a publishing company. I always remember that many of the editors and designers had big prodigious Iiyama monitors, and since then I've always wanted to have my own. So eleven years later I am now the owner of one!

I would like to say proud owner but unfortunately it has not been without problems. The picture quality is not what it should be. When I first set it up it looked great, but then I started putting the monitor through its paces with a mixed variety of programs and games.
