Luke Delany doesn't just write books, he crafts them. This was no exception. DI Sean Corrigan & his team in each one and their characters being built upon.

This book gave me sleepless nights- I couldn't put it down. The sinister disappearance of each child & the picture of the abductor becoming clearer & clearer. Set in London the scenes are so easy to imagine & transport yourself to.

If you enjoy a good crime novel that keeps you hooked & thinking read this.

Like Delaney is an amazing author & I truly hope he keeps these books coming

I picked this book up hastily after just scanning the cover. I was very pleasantly surprised & gripped by the book. The main characters were complex but interesting. It did run during advent but Christmas was very incidental to the story. It did keep me guessing right up to the end & literally on the edge of my seat.
Probably the best book I have read in a long time- I can't wait to read the authors next book

Having read Les Pringles first book I looked forward to this one. He didn't disappoint - funny, sad & addictive reading. Some things have changed so much yet some remain the same. A talented writer.
