If you have the nook HD+ this is a well fitting case that matches the device seamlessly.
The cover flap didn't sit flush when I first put it on, but over a few weeks it changed shape to lie flat. Probably just got a bit distorted in transit.
I chose the Xperia SP over the cheaper Moto G mostly for futureproofing as I wanted a 4G ready device.
+ Very snappy and responsive phone - the Sony add ons aren't too intrusive and browsing/switching apps is very smooth
+ very good battery life - 2+ days of moderate usage or 1.5 days with heavy use. This is *without* the STAMINA function on as well!
+ nice screen
+ LED bar is very noticeable - you're unlikely to miss the light flashing infront of you

I bought this as a browsing device as my tablet just can't quite render some websites properly, and when it comes to 'hovering over menus' or anything for that matter - it's just not built for that. I have a full sized and heavy 15" gaming laptop too, but it always feels a bit *too* hefty for sofa browsing.
A Chromebook can do almost everything that you can do on a PC browser, so you get full websites (not mobile sites like tablets tend to default to), Flash, and things just look... normal.
