An excellent book for those, like me, who are not marketeers but have to manage them.
Steve Harrison is clearly a man at the top of his game and the easy,conversational style of his book conveys his confidence in what he says.
Too often marketing,and advertising in particular,can be surrounded by a mystique that is often maintained by the authors of marketing books and it is the complete absence of this that made the book so valuable for me.
The simple "Problem/Solution" concept has been a genuine revelation for me in understanding campaigns that I have run in the past and why they were ultimately successful or a failure.
