I'm very impressed with this book. It comes with a great CD with 8 short guided mindfulness meditations which I have been enjoying most days. It's great for beginers or more advanced student alike as it is written with great clarity, compassion and practicality, whilst also referring to some of the theory and cutting edge scientific research which backs up the efficacy of mindfulness including NHS NICE guidelines for treating metal health. Mark Williams' voice (one of the key Mindfulness pioneers internationally - he's British) is on the CD and is just wonderful. I'd buy this book for everyone i know if I could.
Interesting and informative - a nice addition to my collection on this subject, detailed references and lots of images on most pages (Dorling Kindersly style) to refer to from one of the greats: Desmond Morris.
