How I adored this wonderful tale and how sad. I fell in love with Toby Jug immediately and felt I was there with pusskins. II adore cats and if you are a cat lover like me then this book is a MUST!

It has been a number of years since I've read some of James Patterson's novels, and this one had been recommended to me from a friend. I've always been a big fan of the Alex Cross books, and this book did not let me down.

This book was full of excitement with edge of the seat stuff, and a very clever twist at the end. It was frustrating for me to work out who dun it! Another good book from James Patterson.

Having never read any of Kate Morton's books I didn't quite know what to expect. I was quite hooked at the beginning, then it slowly descended down a slippery slope.

The problem for me was that it kept going back and forth in time between 1992 and the wartime. Just as I was getting gripped into one chapter it abruptly ended, which I found inconsistent. Also the story took so long getting to the point which I found a struggle.

The book seemed unrealistic, for instance the atmosphere in ww2 London was missing. The piece with Tom Cavill was good, but not enough of it. Percy and Saffy in my mind resembled the comedy duo from the eighties called Hinge & Bracket, if… Read more
