Creative D80 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker System (Bl&hellip by Creative
The speaker seems to be very well made, paired in seconds to any of our gadgets and produces an excellent bass rich sound. I've paired the speaker with my ipod nano 7th gen, 2011 macbook air, Samsung galaxy note GT N7000 and the kid's 4th gen ipod touches. It seems to remember the pairing with all of these gadgets so re-connection is just a case of selecting the speaker from the list of available bluetooth devices. Some reviews have mentioned mains hum. Its true that if you put your ear close to the speaker you can hear a slight hum, but in the kitchen or living room I don't notice any hum at all even when there's no music playing. At just over 30 quid it's highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for my commute, 4 July 2012
I commute daily from rural North Somerset into Bristol city centre and back, 22 mile round trip, all year round. The trip home includes long sections on unlit bike paths and dark potholed minor lanes so I really need a good light to see with as well as be seen by. The L&M urban 500 fits my needs really well, making me highly visible in the city section of the ride with flashing mode and the amber side lights, and providing a seriously powerful beam on the dark lanes in constant full power mode. My previous front light was a Cateye singleshot pro purchased in 2007, which although much larger and heavier only puts out a tiny fraction of the light of the Urban 500. If your existing LED light… Read more

Works very well with my G502 and the free AMAZE GPS application. How does this work? You lookup your destination and the system goes on-line for a few moments to calculate a route. after that point you don't need a data connection again unless you go off route, in which case the system will try to connect and re-route. This means that if you go -off route accidentally in a mobile signal blackspot then you're stuffed until you wander back closer to civilization, which is a bit of a drawback. Similarly, if your destination has no mobile coverage then you won't be able to get routed back home later. Typical 1-hour car journeys have taken about 0.1 Mb of data to route (as long as you have… Read more
