Let Me Off at the Top!: My Classy Life and Other M&hellip by Ron Burgundy
1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible cash-in, 24 Mar 2014
I thought this might be amusing as the recent Anchorman 2 was really pretty funny. It is clear Will Ferrell and his comedy writing team has nothing to do with this book.

Only read half of two chapters as too bad to spend time on.
Shakespeare's Local: Seven Centuries of History Se&hellip by Pete Brown
A great and thought provoking read that romps through the history of a famous inn.

Probably more interesting if you visit the pub first to get a sense of what he is talking about.
Making Your Strategy Work: How to Develop, Refine &hellip by Chris Outram

So many strategy books focus on refining intellectual strategies. The brutal fact that this book lays bare is that the most sophisticated strategies in the world will fail if they aren't simple enough to communicate, galvanise teams and make work.

Don't waste money on pointless theories, buy this and get the distilled wisdom of lots of high profile CEOs on what really works. Invaluable reading for anyone involved in making or implementing business strategy.
