I first saw LDP, or Lockdown project to give them their full due as a support act and when they walked on stage I did not hold high hopes. Unfortunately in these Pop Idol years its more about image than just how good your voice is or how great your song writing is (will Michelle McManus ever sell a million albums, despite her having such powerful vocals?) which unfortunately is where LDP are failing. Sporting skin heads and muscles their image does not match their unique brand of music; currently unparalleled in the British scene.
They're 4 not unattractive blokes so they could be accused of being a boy band; but they play guitars so they are a rock band; but the main verses are rap so… Read more
