The Silkworm (Cormoran Strike Book 2) by Robert Galbraith

A good fun who done it, and an intriguing and somewhat gruesome scenario. What annoys me most about "Roberts" writing style is the names given to the characters. Some are so absurd that it gets more like a sci fi scenario at times.
A good read, I don't think I will put it on the bookshelf for a second read though.

The Dreyfus affair is often fleetingly mentioned in discussions on anti semitism, without any real explanation of what was going on. Robert Harris in a startlingly excellent piece of fiction based on fact lifts the lid on the can of worms that is the Dreyfus affair.
So many twists and examples of hipocracy take you through a voyage of a tragic miscarriage of justice. A life enriching book.

I got this book as the follow up to the Authors excellent first published work "The Red Army". For me it didnt work, it was a depressing tale of a young woman trying to make it through the i960s with the only compass being an insatiable sexual appetite.
It just became very tawdry, and not a book that left you feeling you had been uplifted by reading it.
