I've never had a scooter before in my life, but after I purchased for my daughter a scooter for Christmas (not a micro) I realised that this would be a good idea to reduce my 20 minute commute of walking from the station to work, so that I'd also get into work earlier as well as take with me to the park with her to keep up if necessary.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not very stable, 28 April 2009
I purchased this and found a few flaws with it. Opening it and closing it catches my fingers and requires quite a bit of force to close. In the emergencies and trying to set this up ASAP, I find that the feet aren't stable and quite rickety, it doesn't fold out smoothly, so if my dd sits on it this can unbalance her, and getting it to click into place is a pain.

I'm looking at alternatives to this and hope the caboose will be better. I find this too much of a hassle to continue with.
Jemima Puddle-Duck (Beatrix Potter Board Books) by Beatrix Potter
3.0 out of 5 stars Its a bit short, 24 April 2009
Took a little while for my dd (17months) to like, and its not a favourite, however it has helped pre-empt her with saying duck, so if I say Jemima Puddle, she will say dut.

It is a bit short, but the illustrations are pretty and the alliteration in the book is nice to read.
