This is a fairly good book that could have been a brilliant book.
The contents are magnificent, but muddled, sometimes repetitive, poorly organised, and waffly. Here's a paragraph, chosen at (almost) random: "So these are not isolated problems, they are not on a distant soil, and they are most definitely a thing of the past, because many of them happened recently, and the people concerned are still around, in very senior positions of power."
