5.0 out of 5 stars A film to remember, 28 Oct 2013
"The Power of One" belongs to that kind of films one can treasure as a powerful moment of History along with "Cry freedom" and "A dry white season". I am quite surprised it was not a great public success when it was released in France. As a teacher, I got quite interested in the subject of Apartheid and my students never regretted studying books and films about it.

I have not finished watching it so that I can't give a definite opinion but I did enjoy the first episode and I am sure the others will come up to expectations. The BBC usually excels in historical films.

I do think that British producers are really good at making fascinating detective stories and I must say I enjoy them all!
