The Book of Disquiet (Penguin Modern Classics) by Fernando Pessoa
5.0 out of 5 stars Don't hesitate!, 18 May 2014
I won't go into a drawn out eulogy about Fernando Pessoa and this magnificent book - just but it and see - and then forever after, whenever you pick it up to read or dip into, you'll be in a prose-poetic wonderland - possibly the most-loved of all the books I've ever had.
The Mind's Eye by Oliver Sacks
The Mind's Eye by Oliver Sacks
Oliver Sacks' books are always fascinating and absorbing - if you see his name on the cover and want something to read on your journey, or sitting out in the sun in a local park, or of an evening, or at any other time, buy the book. In the opening case history of 'In the Mind's Eye' we are given the name of the patient, an outstanding concert pianist. She's well represented on the internet, so looking her up provides added interest. This is outstanding book - put your money down - you won't regret it.

These trainers are excellent, they are light, and extremely pliable from the first. I have no criticism whatsoever; but I would like to advise anyone of my age who's thinking of buying a pair: I'm seventy three years old, and possibly I need something with a little more support. However, they are so good that I may well buy another pair anyway. Great trainer. Buy a pair and see for yourself.
