I am so pleased I bought this book.....I'm now a firm follower of Dr Libby: she's really turned things around for me. The only thing I would warn against the book is that it's not a 'sit down, read and follow a list' type of book. You need to be prepared to really read it through, understand what, why and how food 'stuff' to you and then probably re-read it and make notes on all the points that fit with you. I'm really enjoying working my way through the fab recipes. New, fresh ideas. Fantastic flavours. Just brill. Would really like to have it on Kindle too....have to leave the book at home when I travel so Kindle version would be a real deal to be able to take the recipes with me when I'm cooking elsewhere.
