5.0 out of 5 stars Expert advice, 14 Dec 2012
I bought this as it has good reviews and actually has a very decent amount of content on the subject of Staffies. It covers pretty much anything and everything relating to this marvellous breed. It dispels myths, provides fantastic care information and although I'm an avid dog lover I still learnt a great deal from this book from training and diet health to exercise, showing, grooming, old age, breeding & more!. We are waiting for our new puppy and we wanted some guidance on puppy training and integration with other dogs and family. The Reverent Surrender is a beautifully written memoir and is a heartfelt journey full of love and emotion. It had me smiling and fighting back the tears at its honest and touching content. For someone like me, thankfully fortunate not to have encountered a loss of a loved one through suicide it made me really think about life and the relationship I have with my parents and how I take things for granted. I think most people would enjoy this inspiring… Read more

I have read a few sales tip type books but I have to say in all honesty this one is different in a positive insightful way. It takes a different approach to the other guides I've come across and has made me look at things in a whole new way. It's full of creative ways to enhance your sales. I'm genuinely enthused by this book as I believe in the author's concept as he's clearly speaking from experience. I've learnt a great deal about psychological triggers and I've also grown in confidence and feel better equipped to make the most of my potential buying power. It's also a bonus that it's written with some wit and humour so it's easy to read and easy to process. Its a great guide and I… Read more
