I had never heard of body rolling before but thought it sounded good. Not all the instructions are absolutely as clear as I would like, but the hamstring release for me, is particularly brilliant. I would definitely recommend it for anyone with tight muscles .... or just to feel good.

Lots of useful information in a concise format. Some information about the anatomy and some useful tips. Only useful to people who already have a certain amount of knowledge about the subject.

This book seemed to be aimed mainly at women with small children, which was unfortunate, as I bought it for my husband who works a lot of the time and rarely has time for exercise. I am not quite sure what I expected but doing leg extensions and side bends at your desk is impraticle for most people, particularly if they share an office. I also can't imagine why anyone wanting to go to the park would then do exercises while they are there with a park bench rather than going to a gym. Particularly the British who don't really like drawing attention to themselves!
