A HARD DAY'S PINT ~ The Lancashire Hotpots
the latest album from the Lancashire Hotpots is subtitled The Beer Album, and covers just about every angle of a traditional night out. While Adele seems to dominate the charts with music to slit your wrists to, here is an album to put a constant smile on your face. 12 great tracks on the cd and then all of them given a different feel in a live setting plus a few extras. A great version of Bad Romance is a real highlight out of many. Favourite song? too many really, and while I love A Night Like This, Dr Wannado just edges it. Worst song? there isn't one!

Great album - first time I heard about this was a brief snippet on a tv advert, and couldn't wait to get hold of it. When I finally did it spent weeks in my cd player. The best thing about it is that I don't like some of the originals (Hot & Cold, Bleeding Love, Crazy In Love) but find these versions fantastic!
