The Girl on the Wall: One Life's Rich Tapestry by Jean Baggott
Although the book is in essentials the same, the paperback copy has no colour pictures, and no pull-out of the tapestry as a whole at the end - instead a black and white copy is crammed onto one page and you can't see any of the detail.

Suggest hardback version for any true sewing fans, but the book itself is great!
Noro: Meet the Man Behind the Legendary Yarn - Kni&hellip by Cornelia Tuttle Hamilton

A completely beautiful book, with lovely patterns, and a really useful glossary in the back for using non-Noro yarns for the patterns. However, some of the patterns definitely need a tension square knitting first, otherwise they do come up on the seriously large side.
Folk Hats (Folk Knitting Series) by Vicki Square

On the whole, a good book. Some lovely hats from all over the globe, you're bound to find a hat that suits everyone, from Grandma to your snow boarding mates. However, there are some extremes - the knitted samurai helmet is just plain silly.
