Ok after owning this for over 6 months, let me cut straight to the chase with the pros and cons
1) Sound quality. Wow would sum it up nicely. After owning every mp3 player under the sun (from ipod to creative to sansa to even sony), this is the best sounding, by quite some distance. Sound quality is second to none

A friend forced me to watch this, i didn't really want to. Kevin Costner as a murdering dual-personality psycho? No thanks.
Then i watched it.
And i want to watch it AGAIN.
What a gem of a film. Kevin Costner is the PERFECT casting for the main role. His calm persona and intelligent comments (esp to the dimwit Mr Smith) are an absolute delight.
In fact it's his understatedness that makes this film a dream to watch. No overacting. No histrionics.
I liked this film so much i even liked Demi Moore in it and usually can't stand her!

I love films where there are a minimal amount of characters, and the action is set in pretty much one location (for example the breakfast club)
I also liked 127 hours...a lone guy about to die and his struggle for survival...pretty much like this film
So i was all set to love this one...
But this didn't quite do it for me...
What was the problem? His thought making processes in the film were not realistic. I know he is in a panicked state and ppl do irrational things then. BUT STILL.
