But for Amazon's shoddy treatment of regular customers who pre-order this months ago and when it's 'out' on the Monday, expect it to be winging its way to arrive on Tuesday but it doesn't... and doesn't on Wednesday...
So it arrives on Thursday, a full 4 days later than my friends could get it at Sainsburys - FOR £7 !!! So, why Amazon do you charge £10 ?? Ooops sorry, you did go through the whole rigmarole of refunding the grand total of... (drum roll......) £0-01 !!! Not even sure what the penny is for but hey. I'll send my 1-disc DVD back to you at a cost to me of £1-49 (funny enough, no option to put a 2nd class stamp on myself)… Read more

I'd read the other 2 (to date) reviews and on that basis, bought this machine. Yes, I've had Sanyo before, and yes, I knew it was a small model, but no way is the sound level anywhere near good enough - volume, I mean. The quality is ok (for a small machine) but any quiet classical piano music is totally lost, even at full volume, and that is in a room which is 10'x20' max. Very disappointing as a result - I'll sell this on and get a better/bigger model.
