Maybe I misunderstood the intention of the book when I bought it, but whilst the author is clearly very knowledgeable I found the book was hard to read at times. It tries to cover a too broad a church of subjects without devoting too much ink, a bad combo! If it's the first book you intend to buy on the subject then great, but if you already have some knowledge maybe look at a different title.

Very nice and traditional product, only slight blemish is that the paper could be slightly stiffer, but that's probably just me.
Born to Run: The Hidden Tribe, the Ultra-Runners, &hellip by Christopher McDougall
This is an absolutely fantastic book. Not written an Amazon review in a very long time, but this book compelled me to do so. It would make a fantastic gift for anyone with a passing interest in running, and will also help improve their enjoyment of the sport, and even make them run faster!

Very easy to read too, smashed it in less than 48 hours!
