“Never judge a book by its cover” is the old saying, and it fits this book perfectly. Then cover is off putting and doesn’t have much to do with the plot. It could do with a different cover to appeal to a wider audience and grab interest.
Cover aside, the book is well written and the author deals with the legal side of the situation as well as the political aspects of the different authorities involved.
