5.0 out of 5 stars Wowzer!, 12 Aug 2012
Having not been exercising much owing to a bad knee and a very dodgy wrist that left me unable to perform plank-based exercises for very long, I had a scout about for something that was not too focussed on jumping about but was still aerobic. I love Jillian Michaels' workouts but some of the plank work is still too tough on my wrist so when I saw this reviewed by Sharnie, I ordered it immediately because, reading her reviews, we have similar taste in workouts.

The product itself comes in a… Read more

How does she keep doing it? As my other reviews reveal, I am a JM devotee but for one reason only: her workouts do the job, they are back to basics and just honest hard work, nothing more. This is no different, though focused on the lower body.
The format is similar to her other offerings: you get 3 workouts, Levels 1 to 3, the idea being that you start with level 1, moving to the next level after about a week or so and so on. She recommends working out 5 to 6 days a week. From past experience, I would… Read more
