Saw Willie Nile recently in a Light of Day concert in North Wales. He was excellent and a really nice guy. This album is absolutely brilliant. It has music to die for.The lyrics and melodies are so strong and memorable. The hooks and choruses are so wonderful that they stick in your head and you cant stop singing them.I hear Tom Petty, Dylan and The Wilburies in this album. For a feelgood factor and an album to be respected then Willie Nile has come up with THE music tonic. Buy it , love it and tell all your friends that the future of rock ,n roll is in the hands of the experienced stager that is Willie nile. If you read this willie thatnk you for creating one of the best albums I have heard… Read more

2.0 out of 5 stars So disappointing, 24 Sep 2009
I had looked forward with eager anticipation for the publication of The Lost Symbol. However having read it I must express my great disappointment as i feel Dan Brown has really let down his supporters and new recruits big style!!!!! Too many long winded explanations surrounding a very weak plot most of which is either known already or can be found on the internet. This is the long awaited album for which Christy's universe of fans have been yearning .Some of the songs have been previewed in concerts and as always come over exceptionally well."Merseyside" is an amazing song and last year in Liverpool the author was present when Christy sang it.Christy writes on his web site that it's important to select and perform exceptional songs by other writers. He also puts himself down as a songwriter which is so unfair. Buy this album. Enjoy it aand if you are a new convert then delve into past works buy some and enjoy what we have been going on about for years.Christy Moore is special . He caresses every song he writes, discovers and sings, he respects his… Read more
