I just bought myself a Humax HDR-FOX T2 HD (excellent btw) and didn't fancy shelling out £30 for the official Humax wi-fi adapter.

After a little reading online I found that this one should work so gave it a go.

And it works just fine, a complete bargain.

I'm new to fitness training and have noticed that my grip and forearms have become a bit of a weakness - especially with things like chin-ups.

So I bought these with a view to improving overall grip strength and endurance (as well as improving forearm strength) and they seem to be doing just that.

I decided to go for the Extra Strong ones and I'm glad I did - I'm not what I'd consider "strong" but the lesser ones would have been too easy.

HOWEVER, they're quite noisy - lots of squeaking and creaking - I won't be sat using these while my wife watches TV for example!

Overall recommended though.

Typically quick delivery from Amazon and the cable does exactly what you'd want it to.

It's nicely made with a high-gloss black finish and is clearly labelled for the Sansa range (in case anyone tries and shoves it up one of those dirty iPods).

Allows you to transfer stuff on/off the Sansa device (in this case an 8Gb Fuze) and charge it too.
