2.0 out of 5 stars Another Dementia Book, 26 Jan 2013
A confusing book. It tries to deal with dementia, memoir and Jewishness, but doesn't do any aspect very well. I'm amazed that an intelligent woman took so long to grasp the importance of living in the moment with a dementia relative or friend. Poetry seems to be a better medium for dealing with the world of dementia patients, read Sally Read's book The Day Hospital.

Many children enjoy activity books but all too often they are simple colouring-in books. This is far more challenging but never feels worthy. I have enjoyed all Herve Tulle's books.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well done Sally Read, 3 Jan 2013
I first heard extracts from this book read by Sally Read herself and was eager to read all the poems. They did not disappoint. I was moved by the content and by the wonderful style. I look forward to read more poems. Her first two collections are worth buying too.
