Okay, so this book makes a point, but one that as a specialist in customer care, tells me that you are only interested in getting money for nothing.
If you got a loaf of bread from your local baker, would you really write a letter complaining about a few seeds on the bottom of the loaf? Or complaining about those crumbs at the bottom of the cereal box? Because the author would have you do so. Although there is a strong case for complaining about out of date stock on shelves and used band aids in a chocolate bar, but not about a few sweets in a multiracial not being wrapped.
