Lego The Hobbit - Barrel Escape by LEGO
5.0 out of 5 stars wonderful build, 7 April 2014
This 334 piece (2 numbered bags, one instruction booklet) is a wonderful addition to my growing Lego/Tolkien display.

There are 5 minifigures:

- Mirkwood elf guard - 2 faced (grumpy and snarling) - light brown elf hair piece which includes ears - nice green shirt printing (front and back - though back printing is covered by hair piece) - no printing on the legs

- Mirkwood elf chief - 2 faced (tipsy and well-gone) - dark brown elf hair piece - wonderful red shirt printing (front and back - though, as with all elves, the back printing is covered by hair piece) - good leg printing

- Bilbo Baggins - 2 faced (butch and frightened) - nice red and green… Read more
Russell Hobbs Precision Toaster - Black by Spectrum Brands
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Our toaster started falling to pieces about 6 months ago. We don't need one of those big four slice toasters just a small 2 slice one and this looked perfect.

There are a number of settings from slightly warm to almost charcoal. It also has a "keep… Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars recommend, 6 April 2014

I recently found that I need to use a staple gun and I pulled my Dad's old ones out of the shed and found that I couldn't open the slide to load the staples - the spring was too strong for me to use it. It shouldn't have been a surprise as when I opened the packets of staples many of them had rusted (they are at least 30 years old).

It was obvious that I would have to get a new staple gun and some staples - one that I could operate and reload with staples without too much trouble.

When I saw the Tacwise products I decided to give them a try.

The staples load easily into the Tacwise staple gun and have not yet failed when they have been fired.

Each… Read more
