I don't normally review things on Amazon, but this book deserves a mention: I was 90 Kg last June, now (March) I'm about 67! I have not gone hungry, I'm happy and I look great. This book changed my eating habits - it's all about habits in the end and I don't think I'm ever going to climb the scale ladder back to where I was! I can warmly recommend it to anyone who genuinely wants to lose weight and look better.
