I purchased a pair of these boot socks in a size 6, which is my size according to all the shoes I wear and the official sizing charts. My foot is fractionally under 10" long which is proved to be a size 6 by all possible means. These socks arrived with no size anywhere on the item or on the packaging. Neoprene is a firm elastic fabric that will not stretch and retain a new shape around a foot like a fabric sock will - it simply springs back to its original form so sizing needs to be within small tolerances. These are good quality at a very reasonable cost which will serve most people well for slipping on to potter around the garden, pop out to get something from the car, put washing out etc. BUT beware if you have gravel on your drive/paths or in your greenhouse as they will drive you mad. The soles are quite thin with deep treads that collect stones - I seem to spend half my time picking them out.

I needed it for my office chair where I have no option but to sit a lot. But it's awful, like sitting on concrete. The cut out relieved my coccyx but the pad is so hard with no give in it that the bones in my buttocks (which didn't hurt… Read more
