Fantastic Jiu Jitsu manual, highly recommended to all levels especially beginners, GI or no Gi. Allthough the book is ment for Gi, 90% makes no difference. Really good useful guide on levelling through your belts too.
Mixed Martial Arts: The Book of Knowledge by B. J. Penn
Was bit disappointed with this book, expected more Jiu Jitsu from someone like Penn, allthough I suppose if I didnt already own the Fedor book, id be more happier as very similar. All of these Victory belt books seems same with different fighter on the front, they are even co written by same people, Cordoza and Krauss.

5.0 out of 5 stars A JITSU PLAYERS MUST, 4 April 2010
Loved this book, very easy to follow and has a range of key submissions, passes and escapes including the now famous twister side control. As a smaller lad in Jiu Jitsu Eddie's techniques in half guard have given me 200% more confidence in making the big dudes slap the mat, cheers Eddie.
