I have been practicing yoga many years now and this prenatal yoga video has a great flow and I love it! Shiva Rea is using real pregnant woman in different period of their pregnancy and she has modified the exersices depending their trimester so mums that are not as experienced in yoga can actually do it and feel really great after it!
It has a massage section as well which is lovely! Ask your partner to view it and apply it to you afterwards!

As I am still pregnant I haven't tried the postnatal workout... However the prenatal one has been a real delight for me!
It is not easy the first couple of times you do it however the more you practice it the better you become at it!
So don't give up just because the first time you couldn't complete all the exersices.. after all you are pregnant and need some time to adjust in your new workout routine!
I love it because after this workout I feel that I have actually done something and feel my muscles worked and toned!
