I studied psychology for my degree: like a lot of people trying to figure out how to be happy inside and live well... It was interesting but didn't stop me throwing golf clubs, reacting badly to disappointment or having to deal with psychopaths in the workplace!
This book could also be called, 'Psychology for Dummies.'
