In for a Penny: A Business Adventure by Peter Hargreaves
The book is about Peter and his partner and his colleagues building a multi million pound business. Literally starting from a back bedroom to where they are now. It is a perfect example of upscaling a business and I have given it to a number of friends to help them understandd how to build a business from nowt. Refrences to financial services products are not key to the understanding. Peter also shares his unique ( they make me smile ) management techniques and ethics and again these are great lessons.

I'm 10 years older than Jamie and lived within a quarter mile of this fantastic family but despite sharing similar interests never crossed paths. So a lot of his early days brought back my own memories. Incredibly descriptive and well written - I could visualise every escapade JW got himself into. Don't hesitate to buy, but must be read with a Yorkshire accent !

What an early family life ! absolute mayhem, madness and madcap which then drove Ron and Leon to their achievements. A good, detailed and easy read, but also so descriptive I felt every crash.....Tremendous..
