This book is a treasure. My father-in-law completely reversed his bad arthritis and continues pain-free into his 80s. I started buying copies for people I came across who were suffering, and I have heard of nothing but success. One lady wrote me a thank you letter after years of not being able to write at all due to arthritis in her hands. Another lady had to walk with a stick and now walks quite adequately unaided as a result of Dr Dong's diet. So long as the diet is adhered to strictly, the effects are quickly felt. Another rather disappointing drawing book, 15 Jan 2010

I find an awful lot of knowledge is assumed in drawing books, and this is no exception. Very little guidance on techniques or mediums, just two or three steps from start to finished product, leaving you wondering how on earth you get there. More information and help needed Eva.

Wonderful old 'basics' cookbook, 15 Jan 2010

I love this dated cook book as it covers such basics as how to soft boil or hard boil an egg, which for people who are quite inept at cooking is very useful!
