In My Own Words:
A writer by day, and signed music producer by night. I love films, sharks, and have a sneaker fetish; in fact, I customise my own. I have 2 Bengal cats who help (or is that hinder) me as I write reviews on my 'puter. Which reminds me: I hope you find my reviews helpful. I try to be honest, and if I think it's worth knowing, I include it for you in my critiques. Remember: thumbs up if it helps.

Sharks and trainers (I customise my own - sneakers not sharks). Love Film: good or bad I'll watch it. Love Music: I'm a signed producer. I spose you'd say I make 'beat based' music, a la Mr. Scruff. Love household gadgets too. Bring on the future!

Oral-B Trizone 2000 Electric Rechargeable Toothbru&hellip by Oral-B
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I'm becoming quite an expert on toothbrushes now, and I'd say that the Trizone is amongst the best I've tried. At least, in the Oral B range anyway.

As with other oral Bs the Trizone 2000 has a slim handle that's exactly the same shape as the other models - except this time it's a mint green colour instead of blue. It is a good weight and feels nice to hold and use.

On the handle is a light which indicates if you're pressing too hard - which is a new addition when compared to similar Oral Bs of yester-year.

However, what hasn't changed is the fact that you get a vibration in the handle when it's time to swap "quadrants" or "sides of the… Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars I'm a convert!, 30 Aug 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
That's it! I'm a firm convert to LED lighting. This is the second LED light bulb I've been given from Vine and I love them both. The light they give off is great and they last a lot longer than the old style of halogen bulb I was using (which I seemed to constantly be replacing.)

Actually, I am assuming that a bit here, as this bulb has only been in the socket about 2 hours, but all the signs are good and the last one I was given is still going strong. The only downside is they are slightly deeper than regular halogens, but I f you just push the sockets in, you can get them flush with the ceiling.

Cannibal [DVD] DVD ~ Antonio de la Torre

I sat down to watch this film the way I watch most of my films nowadays: I stuck it in the machine, sat down on the sofa, hit play and then proceeded to do some work on the iPad with it playing in the background.

I usually just listen, and then look up from my work if it sounds like a good bit or like something important is happening on screen. (this sort of multi-tasking is called media-meshing).

However, something was wrong. After a long while, I realised that something was up? I hadn't heard a thing? Was the DVD broken? So I looked up - but not, sure enough the film was playing.

So I returned to my iPad, thinking it's just the opening credits - it can't… Read more
