Whoever designed the USB plug was an idiot. How often do you have to turn one the other way round so you can plug it in? Fifty percent of the time, that's how often.

Sparkup The Magical Book Reader by Sparkup
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
The Sparkup is nice if you're sending a nervous child to visit the grandparents or a carer, with the real benefit that you're teaching reading skills. I reckon that a really big potential market for this device are for pre-schoolers who will really miss their parents. It can record approximately fifty books which is more than you're likely to need if they spend a day apart from you.

The Sparkup is really easy to use. To record a book you clip it in place and press the record button that's next to the handle. Philips GC4521/87 Azur Performer Steam Iron with 2&hellip by Philips
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
If you've got the money and space to spare then I'd recommend a steam generating iron, but you really do need a lot of space for one of those - they don't store away neatly in a cupboard. But if you're after a traditional iron that's not going to take up so much room then you do tend to get what you pay for, and at this price you have every right to expect a lot from the Philips GC4521/87 Azur Performer iron.

I really think this is a masculine iron - not something I ever thought I'd hear myself saying. The shiny black and grey colour scheme with touches of red will look just right in a certain kind of home, not one that's heavy on chintz and crocheted toilet roll holders… Read more
TP-Link TL-PB10400 10400 mAh Portable Power Bank E&hellip by TP-Link
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
In a recent uSell.com survey 37% of people said they wanted better battery life, but they are not willing to pay for this in terms of increased phone size to accommodate a bigger battery. This means that until someone makes a major technological breakthrough we're stuck with these external battery boosters cluttering up our baggage.

The problem I have is the battery life on my Nexus 5 - I can barely make it through a single day if I'm using it all day, particularly if I want to watch Netflix on my journey to and from work on the train.

I've already got a Anker Astro 3E 10000mAh power bank but I have found it frustratingly slow to charge, often taking two whole days to… Read more
