3.0 out of 5 stars Lorenz leather purse, 21 July 2014
This hand size leather purse is soft enough to squash into pockets. The zips are ill-fitting, leaving small gaps at either end. Granted, not big enough for coins to fall out when fully closed but it's typical of a cheap purse which, of course, it is: 2.06. This feels like the 'seconds' of a more expensive line.

The inner seams are straight and finished well and both sections are lined. Two credit cards can just about squeeze into the front section but it's a tight fit. The main section is roomy enough for cards, notes, coins, keys etc. I'd give another star but the key ring was rusted, staining the inside. It arrived super quickly so full marks for that.

If this leather coin pouch was 2 cms smaller in height, had less skew-whiffy stitching, sturdier inner seams that don't fray by the second, a main zip that doesn't keep sticking on the edges whenever it feels like it, it would be a bargain at 3...especially if you overlook the mismatched edges inside which allows coins from one section to fall straight through to the main area.

I checked Amazon from time to time and finally found HSB from Atomic Movies for 111.25 and, more importantly, it was suitable for all regions.

It arrived after 4 weeks, just within its estimated time. The outer box was battered, having travelled from Down Under but the actual collection was sealed and pristine. I was… Read more
