Took 5 hours to assemble kit single handed. The nuts and bolts are cheap and can easily cross thread from the start. Used on a hot sunny day the motor overheated after about 4 minutes but after cooling it worked again for another 4 minutes...... However this allowed mixing of cement to required amount and consistency. Need to re-check the motor/pulley alignment/position. I used grease during assembly to protect the parts likely to corrode. Due to the drum being slightly distorted during manufacture the mixer gives off an authentic 'building site' noise when rotating but is not excessively noisy.
