5.0 out of 5 stars LOVED it!, 30 Aug 2012
Yes, I LOVED this book, perhaps even more than A Touch of Crimson and that's saying something. I think it's all down to Elijah. He was pretty enigmatic to me in the first book but I was intrigued and I was very glad that book two was his! And boy, did he come alive and set the pages alight for me! His chemistry with Vashti absolutely sizzles - they are quite a match. There were some scenes where I just wanted to shake her - my heart was breaking from them both - but it was absolutely worth it in the end! I really hope that there's more to come about these two (I liked the glimpses of Adrian and Lindsay in this one too). This is a world I couldn't get tired of - more please!

I love the dynamics between the angels, wolves and the vampires - you don't know who to be rooting for - it changes all the time. Lindsay is a feisty heroine (such a good thing!) and it looks like she's going to bring them all together. And Adrian...those wings! WOW! This would make… Read more

Things a heating up even more between Francesca and Ian, and this part has a driving lesson unlike any other! I couldn't wait for this part - as always, I'm left thinking next Tuesday can't come quick enough!
