Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome by James L. Wilson

This is probably the most pointless self-help book I have ever read. It's a bit like telling people who are stressed not to worry.

It takes about 150 pages to tell you that you are tired because you are stressed. It then wastes valuable minutes of your life telling you to be less stressed about the things that stress you in order to feel less tired.

Total and utter guff and I cannot believe this guy got awarded a PhD. He should get a prize for telling you the bloodee obvious. Can't write for toffee either.

I just can't get over how someone would write this tripe and offer it up as help to people in need.

Two ways I have improved it are, (1) In HDMI use the menu to set the black level to high. (2) Using Catalyst control centre (AMD), in "My digital flat panels", "Display… Read more
Freight Train and Other North Carolina Folk Songs &hellip ~ Elizabeth Cotten

I can play a couple of these but didn't realise Elizabeth Cotton had recorded them.

I just love this album. You should read about the life of the woman - a really interesting and sad story. Please don't be put off by some of the vocals - remember she recorded these in her 70's! I just love the woman and I bet The Lord (if you believe in him) had a big smile on his face when Elizabeth Cotton got to the pearly gates singing "When I get home" - it certainly made me cry and smile at the same time.

If you are a music lover you really owe it to yourself to listen to this.
