5.0 out of 5 stars Fascinating read., 9 April 2014
A really great collection of pictures from a true railwayman. Well written by the Author, but it is the photographs that are the joy.

What a lovely DVD. One of the best watches I have had for ages. Some lovely dry humour commentary too. Excellent.
Exeter Memories: Exmouth Junction Fireman by Richard Parkinson
If you are of 'a certain age' and used to 'bunk' loco sheds then this book is a must. It is a fascinating and sometimes amusing insight into the sadly short working life of a railway man at Exmouth Junction Loco Shed. Some of the illustrations have suffered from digitisation distortion, however most are really excellent and mostly taken by the author.
Recommended.
