If you combined the pop rock sensibility or Kiss & Tell with the catchy electro of A Year Without Rain, the end result might be When The Sun Goes Down, Selena's most mature effort to date.

Love You Like A Love Song- The album opens with the electro elegance of Love You Like A Love Song. Rock Mafia prove to us what makes them the Juggernauts of pop music. The lyrics are consistent, in that they talk about a love interest in musical way, which helps to make this song as good as it is. Good it will either be a huge triumph (A la "Flesh Tone" by Kelis) or a huge disappointment (A la "My World part 1" by Justin Biebrat). More worries came crawling when the tracklist revealed to contain "Forever Is Over", "Ego" & "One Shot" (For new Saturdays fans, the former are old singles from their previous album "Wordshaker" and the latter was a fan favourite from the same album), which is why I'll only review the five new songs. It's easy to see why the girls wanted to release these songs while we wait for the next album because they're… Read more
