Fantastic. I set it up with option 2 via the web interface. The procedure and interface was quick and simple. Got this set up in 5 mins. Works well. Will have to wait to see how reliable the equipment is. Only criticism is that the unit itself is somewhat larger than i expected. Definitely recommended.
This router comes without a modem, so you will need your own. Set up was quick and simple. The router itself is a modern looking shiny piece of plastic. Fine for the job. When within range, the router seems to work just fine. However i found the range to be too limited, and it was unable to give a sufficiently strong signal in the upstairs or neighbouring room less than 10m away, something which even my old Linksys router managed. So it's an average router that probably doesn't deserve a name like "RangeMax" because it's performance is more like RangeAverage.
Returned to seller for refund who seemed nice and reasonable on the phone.
Works fine, every car should have one for when you have forgotten to charge up the night before. Small enough to keep in the storage compartment next to the handbrake, but not quite small enough to store in the coin holder, my only niggle.
