I would recommend that everybody read this book as vitamin k2 is essential for avoiding major health concerns. I is well written and the first twenty two pages explain the reasons why we should all be aware of this.
Since buying this dvd I have realised it is not a true kettlebell workout as done by Russian body builders. It is demonstrated using a dumbell. However I have really enjoyed doing the workout using a 5k kettlebell. It definitely makes you work hard and I would recommend it for anyone who likes to exercise at home and try something different.
