Editha's Burglar, a Story for Children by Frances Hodgson Burnett
Editha's Burglar, a Story for Children by Frances Hodgson Burnett
Our 9 year old daughter loved this story, but was disappointed that it ends abruptly on page 63 - half way through a sentence!

It's a facsimile of the original book, so presumably the last page (pages?) was/were simply missed when the book was printed or bound. I haven't read the story, so I don't know how much this affects things, but my daughter was still pleased with the book, so presumably only a few details are missing.

This gives me a dilemma about how to rate this book - five stars because my daughter loved it, or one star because it's incomplete? In the end I settled on 3 - it's a good story, but a very thin book that hasn't been printed/made properly, so… Read more
BLACK AND DECKER GLC3630L 36V Cordless Grass Trimm&hellip by Black & Decker
I've never been a fan of B&D, but I can't fault this strimmer, it really is excellent.

Our garden is about 180' long and has been neglected for years, so I needed something that would work a considerable distance from the house and also cope with very rough 'lawn' and the varying difficulties of bushes, brambles, etc. This strimmer does the job superbly - without the weight, complexity and expense of a petrol strimmer, or the nightmare of trying to hook up 200' of extension cable!

Works almost straight out of the box - you plug it in and follow the very simple instructions and within a few minutes you have good wi-fi coverage where you didn't have before.

We have one of those long, thin, Victorian houses and the Wi-Fi router is in the downstairs front room. So Wi-Fi reception was OK in the front part of the house, but in the kitchen and bathroom and third bedroom the signal was too poor to be reliable. So we got one of these and plugged it in in the kitchen. The signal from the main router is quite weak there, so I wasn't expecting this to work, but it did, and, most of the time, it works very well - we even have a decent signal for about 15 meters in… Read more
