Allow me to start with a warning: This book is meant as a guide/textbook for professionals, not for people who occasionally want to bake bread or pastry so if that's your objective, do not waste your money. If you exclusively want to learn how to make bread, even on a professional level, there are imo also better alternatives (such as 'Bread' by Hamelman).

If you are an aspiring professional baker or VERY serious amateur then it is a good reference work with a lot of attention paid to techniques, lots of recipes and detailed descriptions as well as troubleshooting tips. Epiphany Acoustics Atratus RCA Audiophile Intercon&hellip by Epiphany Acoustics
I'm a cable sceptic and will probably never spend a huge amount on cables with some mythical properties which supposedly result in a huge sound quality improvement. However, I needed a pair of RCA interconnects to hook up my high end DAC to a tube amplifier that doesn't take XLR and as I'm happy with previously purchased products from Epiphany, I went there for the cables. The build quality is absolutely top notch, exact fit, beautiful finish and a good balance between suppleness and stiffness. The EHP-O2 with integrated DAC offers terrific value and ticks all the boxes: totally transparent, very low output impedance so perfect for IEM's, no sound coloration and pretty powerful for its size. I use one in my office, connected to my Mac's USB-output. No need to configure anything on a Mac, just plug it in, select it as output source, put on your headphones and enjoy. Within its limits (see below) it performs as well as any DAC/Amp combo that doesn't cost at least double.

Is it the perfect all-in one solution for everything/everyone? No, but that cannot be reasonably expected. I used it with a pair of Beyerdynamic DT-880 (600 Ohm), Sennheiser HD-800 (300 Ohm),… Read more
